This policy explains how Roy & Associates Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use royandassociates.co.uk or email the group. Studio work delivered under the SetsTech trading name is covered by the SetsTech site.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, typically:
- your name and email address
- the content of an enquiry
- basic technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and diagnostics
We do not run advertising pixels or sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to group enquiries, keep the website secure, and meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are legitimate interests (running a company website and answering mail) and legal obligation where company law or accounting rules require a record.
Cookies
The public site does not set marketing cookies. If you sign in to the admin area, a session cookie is required so the login stays active.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with hosting or email providers who process it on our instructions, or if the law requires us to. SetsTech, SetsCheck, and SetsLegal are trading names of Roy & Associates Limited; client work for the live studio is handled through SetsTech.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
